Profile:
The Highland County MRC Unit was originally part of the Ohio chapter of the Tristate MRC. The Tristate MRC is a regional group of planners and volunteers who pooled their efforts to develop a regional medical reserve corps unit for Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Now that the Tristate MRC is developed, Highland County is taking ownership and leadership of its own volunteers and resources to better build our response to emergencies. We will still operate in conjunction with the Tristate MRC, but are going to be a seperately registered unit, and able to operate independently if needed.
