Our unit includes MDs, veterinarians, dentists, pharmacists, RNs, LPNs, EMTs, mental health professionals, clergy, Respiratory Therapists, Vet Techs, interpreters, funeral service personnel and general support staff. We are a very active unit and constantly have training and event opportunities available. A few examples of events from the past year include H1N1 response, TB clinic, back to school immunization clinic, environmental health assistance, first-aid tents, participation in fairs, and other areas where there was a need within our community. We strive to have all volunteers trained in at least the MRC general orientation, ICS 100 and ICS 700. We volunteer alongside the Prince William Health District staff and are a vital support to ensuring our communities health.
