MRC members provided medical and non-medical support for the Roanoke Valley Mission of Mercy (Free Dental Clinic)project

5/15/2008
MRC members assisted with Blood pressure screenings and distribution of Disaster Preparedness information at preparedness awareness events at the area mall in preparation of Hurricane Season

4/4/2008
MRC members were trained in the American Red Cross Basic Aid Training and Scrubby Bear program to offer first aid, disaster preparedness and personal hygeniene programs to the area kindergarten through 4th grade classes.
