Just beginning the process, we are looking at developing a recruitment campaign within the next couple months to get our program off the ground. We have been meeting for the past year with other county partners discussing strategies, goals and volunteer administration. Our EMA will be applying for Citizen Corp status June 2008. We are in the Northeast Region and work very closely with Cleveland who is developing a structured program for volunteers that we would like to participate in.
