Profile:

The Richland County Medical Reserve Corps is under the direction of the Richland County Citizen Corps Council with the Richland County Emergency Management Agency and Homeland Security. We have developed collaborations with the Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department and the Shelby Health Department, Med-Central Hospital System, Safety and Emergency Services Departments around the county, the American Red Cross, the Salvation Army, the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, the Visiting Nurses Association of Mid Ohio, the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Mid Ohio and the County Commissioners.

Recent Activities:

1/27/2010
This was the last H1N1 Flu Clinic held in January. Volunteers assisted with all of the H1N1 clinics and will continue to do so until the clinics are no longer being used.

The first H1N1 flu clinic was held in Richland County. There were long lines at times, but the event ran smoothly.
