![]() Home > Regional MRC Coordinators > Jill LittlefieldRegion IX MRC Regional CoordinatorJill Littlefield serves as MRC Regional Coordinator (MRC RC) for Region IX (AZ, CA, HI, NV, Guam, American Samoa, CNMI, FSMI, RMI, Palau). She provides technical assistance and support to the existing MRC units in the region and helps people interested in the MRC program to start a unit when there is not currently an active MRC in their local community. Ms. Littlefield works closely with individual units to advance the U.S. Surgeon General's public health priorities and coordinate with the goals of the Office of the Civilian Volunteer Medical Reserve Corps. Ms. Littlefield previously worked on the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) planning for the State of Florida’s Department of Health as the Area Coordinator for state Regions VI and VII. The state’s initiative was to create plans, train, and exercise the counties and their partners on receiving, handling, and dispensing the SNS. Prior to working on the SNS, Ms. Littlefield served as a Government Analyst for the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management and was the lead Emergency Manager for the Intergovernmental Relations Team. Jill Littlefield holds a bachelors degree with honors in Psychology, with a specialty in Neuropsychology and Political Science, from Florida State University. Last Updated on 12/12/2007 |
